ORDER CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY

Once you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirming your order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with all necessary information about your order, including the tracking number, courier company, and estimated delivery date. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive these emails.

PROCESSING TIME AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order before it can be shipped. It is important to note that this processing time is separate from the delivery time. The total time for you to receive your order is therefore the processing time plus the delivery time.

Please also note that we only ship orders on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

COURIER PARTNERS AND TRACKING

When you place an order with Koreansecret, we work with reliable courier companies to ensure your order is delivered to you on time and in good condition. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a delivery confirmation email that includes a link to track your order. You can use this link to track the delivery of your package. Please note that the delivery time mentioned in the email is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and the courier’s availability. It is also important to remember that it may take 1-4 days for the tracking information to appear on the courier’s website.

Although Koreansecret works with reliable courier companies to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your package, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time frame. In the event of delivery delays or issues, Koreansecret will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. However, Koreansecret is not responsible for any delays or issues during the delivery process.

SIGNATURES AND PACKAGE DELIVERY

Some of our courier partners require a signature upon delivery. If this is the case, the courier will not leave the package without a signature from someone at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier may leave the package at a nearby location or attempt to deliver it again at a later time. Please note that Koreansecret is not responsible for any issues that may arise due to couriers' decisions to leave packages without a recipient.

If you know you will not be available to receive the package when it arrives, you may be able to arrange for someone else to sign for it. You can also contact the courier directly to make alternative delivery arrangements. It is important to note that once the package has been delivered and signed for, Koreansecret is no longer responsible for the package or any issues that may arise.

Please note that we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery even if your shipment is upgraded to express.

DAMAGES CAUSED BY COURIERS

At Koreansecret, we ensure that all our products are of the highest quality and are well packaged to prevent damage during transport. However, sometimes packages may be damaged due to the courier’s handling.

If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, we recommend that you take photos of the packaging and contact the courier as soon as possible to report the issue. Please also send the same photos to us at koreansecret.contact@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Please note that damages caused by the courier are not covered by our refund policy. We perform thorough quality checks on all items before shipping, and all products are very securely packaged and bubble-wrapped. However, we cannot control how the courier handles the package once it leaves our facilities.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter, and we will do everything we can to help resolve issues with damaged packages.

INCOMPLETE/INCORRECT ORDERS

If your package contains missing or incomplete items, please contact us at koreansecret.contact@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package with your order number and information about the missing or incomplete items. Depending on inventory and stock, we may ship products separately. In this case, you will receive a separate delivery confirmation with a tracking number for each package. We will cover the shipping costs for missing or incomplete items. If we cannot provide a replacement item, we will refund the missing or incomplete item.

ORDER CHANGES AND CORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that delivery details are correct and complete at the time of checkout. Incomplete or incorrect delivery information may lead to delayed processing or cancellation of the order. For address issues detected by the system, our customer service will send an email to verify your delivery details within 3 business days of placing your order. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, please email us at koreansecret.contact@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make any changes, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes after this time.

DELAYED DELIVERY

At Koreansecret, we understand the importance of receiving your order on time and strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that delivery delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

For example, courier partners may experience unexpected delays or issues during transport, such as adverse weather conditions or transportation breakdowns. In such cases, we will do our best to work with the courier to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible.

Additionally, there may be unforeseen circumstances that delay the processing or delivery of your order, such as product availability issues, address verification problems, or delays in payment processing. We will notify you as soon as possible if we encounter any issues with your order that may cause a delay.

Please note that Koreansecret is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. However, we will always do our best to keep you informed about the status of your order and provide any assistance possible to resolve any issues.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders.

For international orders, please note that additional taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the shipping fees charged by Koreansecret. Please contact your local customs office for more information on any charges before placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Koreansecret offers international shipping to most countries, with packages shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). This means the customer, as the recipient, is responsible for paying any incoming duties, taxes, and customs fees. The table below lists courier partners, estimated delivery times, and tracking links for your country.

Please note that international shipments may take longer than domestic shipments, and tracking information on courier websites may take 1-4 days to update. Koreansecret is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes, nor are we responsible for lost or stolen packages during international shipping.

Customs may occasionally hold packages for inspection, causing delivery delays. We recommend customers check with their local customs office if additional charges or inspections apply to their order.

If customs holds a package, it may be the customer's responsibility to provide the necessary documentation or information to release the package. Koreansecret is not responsible for any delays or additional charges resulting from customs holding a package.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We understand that dealing with lost or stolen packages during the delivery process can be frustrating. However, once we hand over the package to our courier partners, we have no control over the package. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at koreansecret.contact@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. Most couriers have a claim procedure for lost or stolen packages and may need additional information from you to complete the process. We will also contact the courier on your behalf to follow up on the claim and provide updates.

Please note that Koreansecret is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the delivery process, and these are outside of our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue. If the package cannot be found or delivered, we may offer a replacement package depending on the situation.

In some cases, the courier may locate the package and deliver it to you. If the package is not found, we recommend filing a police report.

REFUNDS

We understand that you may sometimes need to return an item you purchased from Koreansecret, and we want to make this process as easy as possible for you. Please note that when you return an item, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

CANCELLATION AND DENIAL

In the event we make changes or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address you provided when placing the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect they are fraudulent, unauthorized, illegal, or in violation of these terms of use.

If we, at our discretion, cancel an order not requested by the customer, we will issue an immediate refund. Please note that processing refunds can take 3-5 business days depending on your bank or credit card company. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
